What we collect

When you fill in a form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, email, phone if you give it, and your answers. The Retention Desk request form also notes how you found us, such as a search engine, a social site or one of our short links. Our website host, Wix, also records basic visit data such as pages viewed, and may use cookies to run the site.

How we use it

Only to reply to you and to provide the training or service you asked about. We never sell it.

Retention Desk clients

Member data a gym or studio shares with Retention Desk is used only for that business's campaigns and reports, is never sold or used for another business, and is deleted when the business leaves. The details are in our service terms.
